ADA & DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, as well as Michigan statutory law, Cass County Courts seek to ensure that qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system through the implementation of a joint Local Administrative Order regarding ADA & Disability accommodations.
If you require an ADA or Disability Accommodation, please complete a written request for accommodation and submit it to the ADA Coordinator for all of the Courts and the Friend of the Court: Sarah Mathews, by phone: 269-445-1149, by email: sarahm@cassco.org
