LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS & COURT POLICIES
Local Administrative Orders are orders issued by a trial court that govern internal court management issues. These orders are commonly referred to as LAOs and are sequentially numbered during the calendar year in which they are ordered.
Policies address issues that do not rise to the level of needing to be covered in a Local Administrative Order and may take the form of a memorandum or manual.
